Rana Mohammed

Working with Tim has been an incredible journey! From the very first session, I knew that he was the perfect fit for me. 

He consistently catered our workouts to my specific goals, while also challenging me in new and exciting ways. He kept things interesting by switching up our routines and introducing me to different exercises and equipment that I never would have thought to try on my own!

He brought such positivity and energy to every session, and it was clear that he genuinely enjoyed helping me achieve my goals. Even on days when I wasn't feeling my best, he always found a way to motivate and inspire me to push through and give it my all.

I went in with specific goals of building strength and getting toned, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was achieving so much more than that. With his help, I improved my balance and mobility, resulting in less knee and joint pain which is a huge bonus when you’re carrying and running after a toddler all day lol.

I also gained a wealth of knowledge about exercise, understanding my body and working with it, which has made me feel more empowered and confident in my own health and well-being.

 

Overall, I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such an amazing trainer. He not only helped me become stronger and healthier, but he also made the entire process fun and rewarding. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer who is not only skilled and professional, but also caring, respectful, and fun to be around. "

Growing up, I was always very long and skinny. Although my height helped me in tennis, it also came with its drawbacks. I never truly felt like I was strong enough to put my weight into shots until I met Tim. He not only helped me grow physically stronger, but did so in a way that significantly improved my tennis game. He always explained how what we did off the court translated directly into my game, which allowed us to be very intentional in our training. I think the biggest things for me were learning how to be strong in uncomfortable positions, and how to emphasize the mind to muslce connection to maximize the benefit of the workout. Besides being extemely knowledgeable about what he does, Tim’s a fantastic person to be around. He’s always extremely upbeat and the passion he brings on a daily basis makes a huge impact on the training sessions. Now playing at the collegiate level, I can’t thank Tim enough for the help he’s given me to get to this point.
